Adverity
Designing a Scalable Data-Sharing Experience
At Adverity, I design intuitive solutions for the complex data integration and analytics platform serving enterprise users across the globe. Based in Vienna, Austria, I work within an international, cross-functional pod focused on the end of the data pipeline: destinations, data shares, and warehouses. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders, we align product decisions with broader company goals while continuously advocating for user needs.

I contribute to both the user experience and interface design across new features and product improvements, helping drive clarity, usability, and adoption in data-heavy workflows. I also led the UX for an AI Hackathon-winning concept, bringing human-centered design to the forefront of intelligent automation.

DESIGN PROCESS
At a Glance - Solving with Design Thinking
Through a user-centered design approach, I aligned closely with stakeholders, mapped user journeys, and iteratively prototyped solutions. This process helped our team uncover key friction points and design a scalable, intuitive experience that addressed core user and business needs.
01. Empathize
We collaborated with internal teams and observed users navigating destination setup to understand friction points—uncovering misalignments across destination types and a lack of guidance for non-technical users.
03. Design
We created a new framework for destinations and data shares with contextual entry points, clearer terminology, and scalable patterns.
05. Iterate
Incorporating feedback, we restructured navigation, refined terminology, and enhanced visual clarity. We also explored ways to scale these patterns across similar workflows in the product.
02. Define
Through research and analysis, we identified three core stages in the user journey: Connect, Configure, Load. This became the foundation for improving the destination setup experience.
04. Test
We tested our high-fidelity Figma prototypes with users across departments. Testing validated our new structure and revealed the need for improved microcopy and better visual grouping.
06. Build
Partnering with engineering, we delivered Figma specs to bring designs experience to life monitoring it's effects on user engagement and satisfaction.
