How do you leverage AI in your design workflow?

AI is a powerful accelerator in my design process, not a replacement for it. I use Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT for early research synthesis, and Miro or Figma Make to explore early visual concepts. For high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff, I pair Claude Code with frameworks like Base44 or directly with the code repository to generate interactive, HTML/CSS. My approach is pragmatic: if AI prompting becomes inefficient and costly, I fall back on my advanced Figma skills to ensure polished, rapid delivery.

What types of products do you specialize in?

I specialize in SaaS products, AI-powered tools, and data-heavy platforms—especially products that require clarity, scalability, and thoughtful interaction design. I’ve worked across B2B SaaS, marketing data integration, collaboration software, and education technology, including both early-stage startups and scale-up environments.

What does a typical collaboration look like?

Most projects start with alignment on goals and constraints, followed by iterative design, regular check-ins, and clear handoff documentation. I prioritize cross-functional collaboration for distributed teams.

Do you work end-to-end or on specific stages?

Both. I can support end-to-end product design (discovery through handoff) or step into specific phases such as UX audits, prototyping, design systems, or feature-level work.

Do you conduct user research and usability testing?

Yes. My work includes user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis, either independently or in collaboration with product managers and researchers.

What tools and technologies do you use?

I primarily design in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and design systems. Depending on the project, I also work with tools like Claude Code, Miro, Notion, Jira, and collaborate closely with engineers using their existing workflows and constraints.
