1. Return options include exchanges for a different size or store credit. No cash refunds are given under any circumstance. Returns or exchanges, subject to our approval, shall take place within seven days of the date of receipt. Date of your receipt is determined via online tracking that is provided with each shipment. Returns postmarked after seven days from your delivery confirmation date of receipt will be denied.
2. Upon receipt of the undamaged/unworn return item, we ship the appropriate exchange or issue a store credit that can be used towards any future purchase. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your exchange has been shipped or store credit has been issued. Store credit may not be used towards shipping charges or any applicable taxes.
3. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning or exchanging. In the event you have received the wrong item, please initiate the online return as usual, then contact us via email immediately and we will provide a return shipping label. For International buyer's only: No exchanges are offered for returns. Store credit is issued in every circumstance.
4. All "sale" items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds will be offered for "sale" items. This applies only to items marked down and noted as "sale" items or items posted in a "sale" category.
5. Jewelry, Cosmetics, Gift Cards, Swimwear, Intimates, Bodysuits, Tights or Socks may not be returned or exchanged.
6. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. ElizaAsh.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
